I am 100% an Airbnb stan. I love feeling like I have a true homebase, I enjoy feeling like I’m living like a local, and I especially love having a full size fridge at my disposal to store leftovers, beverages, and breakfast options. (Always trying to save money when I can, ya know?) Because my primary goal of my second trip to Paris was to feel like a true Parisian and just experience the Parisian lifestyle, I immediately started looking at airbnbs in Paris.
Before we get into it, let me tell you what you won’t find on this list of airbnbs in Paris:
This is not going to be a list of the most luxurious and expensive airbnbs in Paris. I personally don’t think there is anything worse than researching “best airbnbs in X city” and only finding lists with places that are wayyyyy out of your budget. While it’s nice to dream, it’s also nice to actually find the information you’re looking for.
This list will have airbnbs that charge up to $500 per night. Based on polls I’ve done on social media, the range my community is willing to spend per night is roughly $150 – $500, so I want to make sure that the options given fall into what you want and can afford.
While I can’t personally vouch for every single one of these options, I’ll make sure to clearly call out the airbnbs in Paris that I have stayed in. All others I’ve spent time meticulously combing through guest reviews from the past year so you don’t have to.
Sound good? Let’s get into it!

Airbnbs in Paris for $100 – $200 Per Night
Central Studio with Speedy Wifi (100 mbps), Light Breakfast, and Wine
Price Per Night: $161
Arrondissement: 10th
Elevator: No
Max Number of Guests: 3
Good for Remote Working: Yes
First up on the list is this centrally located studio in the Canal Saint Martin neighborhood. This was one of two airbnbs in Paris that I stayed in for my second trip and it was better than I could have ever imagined! For such a low price by Parisian airbnb standards, this studio apartment is beyond spacious! I had plenty of space to allow my suitcase to explode, leave my yoga mat out to remind me to do my practice every morning, and work without feeling cluttered.
The studio has one full size bed with soft sheets and a memory foam mattress, as well as a pull out sofa bed. It has a fully equipped kitchen (complete with a dishwasher!) and a decently sized shower with a rainfall shower head. There is also a full sized washer and dryer available for you to use, but it is technically in a storage closet about a half flight of stairs up. The host also leaves you a bottle of organic wine, orange juice, water, and any kitchen basics you could possibly need. Seriously, she has thought of all the amenities her guests could ever need!
Two things to note about this airbnb:
One, there isn’t an elevator, which is a pretty rare find in these old European buildings anyway. But the flat is located on the 2nd floor and the stairs are much wider and shallower than any I’ve ever encountered in Europe! My bag was quite overstuffed, but I had no problem getting it up or down the stairs.
Two, the neighborhood looks a little rough around the edges. It borders Bastille, which historically is not the safest neighborhood in Paris, and it’s clear when you walk around Canal Saint Martin that it, too, has a less than savory past. This is no longer the case and I never felt unsafe while walking around the neighborhood.
Calm and Cozy Studio Near Canal Saint Martin
Price Per Night: $121
Arrondissement: 10th
Elevator: Yes
Max Number of Guests: 2
Good for Remote Working: Yes, if only very little space is needed
This small studio apartment is on the first floor (essentially the second floor if you’re used to the way floors work in the US) of an elevator – equipped building. It has a full kitchen, a washer and dryer, and a pretty nice living room that doubles as your bedroom since the only bed in the unit is actually a sofa bed. Guest reviews for this airbnb in Paris consistently mention how safe they felt at the flat and in the area, which I feel like is pretty rare to see so frequently!
In terms of location, the closest metro station is only a three minute walk and Gare du Nord, one of the most central train stations in Paris, is only a 13 minute walk away. Because of that I’d say this is a pretty great spot if you’re doing the Europe circuit via Eurostar and want somewhere close to where you’ll arrive.
A baby bed is also available to be added to this airbnb for an additional 20€ per night.
Mini Loft Apartment Near Marais

This ground floor studio apartment in Paris is listed as an Airbnb Plus, which means that it has been inspected in person by the Airbnb team. Airbnb Plus properties are more often than not these crazy expensive, but also incredibly luxurious, homes so finding one under $200 is pretty impressive!
This tiny airbnb in Paris opens up to a lush courtyard that separates you from the main street. Due to its size, it’s probably better for solo travelers.
Some things to note about this particular Paris airbnb:
There is no air conditioning, and according to one review the only window that opens is located pretty high up. The proximity to the main staircase may also not be ideal if you are a light sleeper.
While the listing mentions a pillow – top mattress, a number of reviews mentioned how firm the mattress is. It’s just another thing to consider if you prefer sleeping in a cloud.

Airbnbs in Paris with Amazing View of Eiffel Tower

If you’re here because you saw the Tiktok or Reel I posted with a tour of my airbnb in Paris, then this is exactly what you’ve been searching for!
I was supposed to be staying in a totally different apartment in Paris with stunning views of Sacré Coeur, but it wasn’t available until the day after I arrived. I decided I was going to splurge for the night and get a hotel room with Eiffel Tower views, but I couldn’t find anything for less than $350 per night. I ended up turning to Airbnb, and that’s when I found this incredible gem😍 When my first airbnb ended up falling through altogether, the host was gracious enough to allow me to extend my time at this dream-worthy flat for an extra few days.
While technically a relatively small studio apartment, this flat feels more like a one bedroom. The bed is in like a glass enclosure that has curtains all the way around. While you certainly can close them…why would you when you can spend the night watching the Eiffel Tower glitter from your freakin’ bed???? One thing I want to note here though is that it’s not the easiest bed to get into. It’s a little high up, so if you have any issues getting into higher beds then I would maybe stay away from this option unfortunately.
This Paris airbnb has a full kitchen, a seating area, a table to work from (though the wifi wasn’t great when working with large files), and a sizable bathroom that even has a washing machine that you are able to use. The Vaugirard metro station is right in front of the building and it’s located in a truly beautiful, safe, family friendly neighborhood. If you’re looking for a neighborhood where clubs and bars are open until all hours of the night, this isn’t it.
Romantic Apartment near the Louvre and Tuileries Gardens
Price Per Night: $233
Arrondissement: 1st
Elevator: Yes
Max Number of Guests: 2
Good for Remote Working: Yes
This perfectly Parisian, light – filled, romantic airbnb in Paris is perfect for couples or solo travelers looking to treat themselves. It is just a short walk from both the Louvre and the Tuileries Gardens, and a metro station is across the street so you can easily access all the other sites in Paris. Light breakfast items and well stocked fridge are included, and a few reviews even mentioned that the host left them a chilled bottle of champagne. You never know what a great airbnb host will surprise you with! In terms of safety, the neighborhood is pretty safe and there is building staff onsite 24 hours a day for an added layer of security.
The only consistent complaint in the guest reviews is that the bathroom is incredibly tiny. One person mentioned that they are 5’11” and barely fit in the shower.
There is also no air conditioning in this particular Paris airbnb, but the floor to ceiling windows open up and reviews say that they provide enough of a breeze to make the flat comfortable on hot summer nights.
Luxury Flat with Eiffel Tower Views
Price Per Night: $299
Arrondissement: 15th
Elevator: No
Max Number of Guests: 2
Good for Remote Working: No
This stunning airbnb in Paris was recently renovated by an interior designer and consistently gets rave reviews from guests. It is walking distance to two of Paris’s top attractions, the Eiffel Tower and the Champs de Mars, and is incredibly close to multiple metro stations. It is a studio apartment complete with a full kitchen, though I can’t seem to spot the stovetop in any of the images on Airbnb😕 There is also a washer available for you to use.
One thing to note is that there is no air conditioning in this apartment. A number of guest reviews commented on the fact that it gets particularly stuffy on warm summer nights, so they needed to sleep with the windows open.
Converted Workshop Apartment
Price Per Night: $215
Arrondissement: 2nd
Elevator: n/a
Max Number of Guests: 4
Good for Remote Working: Yes
Okay, I had planned on only listing three options for each price range, but this airbnb in Paris was just too good to not include. This ground level, one bedroom and one bathroom apartment is perfect for anyone that plans on doing some remote work during their time in Paris. (I actually wish I had found this beforehand!) The work space is totally separate from other areas like the bedroom and the dining room, and the flat is located in a quiet neighborhood so you don’t need to be worried about being disrupted by noise. It’s also significantly larger than most of the other airbnbs on this flat and can accommodate up to four guests between the pull out couch and the incredibly comfortable bed (this was a constant mention in guest reviews).
Some highlights of this particular Paris airbnb is that there is a women’s hamam spa in the same courtyard if you feel like pampering yourself, Shabour, a Michelin star restaurant, is just around the corner, and you are just a few steps away from Rue Montorgueil, Paris’s most well known pedestrian street.
The airbnb host makes it a point to mention numerous times in the listing that the ceiling height in the bathroom and bedroom is 1.85 meters (about 6 feet), so it may not be the most comfortable if you’re on the taller side. I honestly appreciate them being so upfront about this even though I’m only 5’4”…on a good day lol.

Brand New Marais Duplex
Price Per Night: $311
Arrondissement: 3rd
Elevator: No
Max Number of Guests: 5
Good for Remote Working: Yes
This stunning, two level apartment is perfect for groups of friends traveling together! There are two bedrooms upstairs (though the only “door” is actually a curtain) and the main level has a spacious living area and kitchen. While there is no elevator, the unit is located on the first floor (2nd by American standards) so you don’t need to lug your suitcase up too many flights of stairs.
Multiple guest reviews commented on how quiet the neighborhood is despite being right in the heart of Paris, which is a huge plus! There is also no air conditioning in this Paris airbnb and the living room gets full sun during the day, so I would recommend closing the shades before heading out on your daily adventures if you book this particular airbnb during the warmer months.
Romantic Notre Dame Apartment
Price Per Night: $322
Arrondissement: 5th
Elevator: Yes…kind of (details below)
Max Number of Guests: 2
Good for Remote Working: Yes, but work space is small
I couldn’t resist including the only property out of all the airbnbs in Paris I looked at that has views of my favorite tourist destination in Paris😍 This romantic apartment in Paris has stunning views of Notre Dame. It is located right in the Latin Quarter, which has something to offer for everyone. The flat has an in unit washer and dryer and a small kitchen fully equipped for you to use.
The lift situation is a little wonky, so I want to clearly call this out in case accessibility is a concern for you. Apparently the lift only goes up about three floors, and then you’ll need to walk up about a half flight of seven narrow and windy stairs to actually reach the apartment. Also, the elevator only has room for one person. This may not be the best option for you if you’re claustrophobic or have any mobility issues.
Bohemian Chic Duplex In Saint Germain
Price Per Night: $344
Arrondissement: 7th
Elevator: No
Max Number of Guests: 3
Good for Remote Working: Yes
This beautiful duplex in the ever popular 7th arrondissement is bright, stunning, and what I think is the perfect place to stay if you’re looking for a little extra inspiration while in Paris. There is one bedroom with a king size bed, as well as a sofa bed in the living room. This is an Airbnb Plus property, so you know that it has been carefully scoped out by the Airbnb team.
Two key things that guest reviews consistently mention, one positive and one negative:
Con: The stairs are quite steep.
Pro: This apartment truly feels like a home from the moment you walk in.
Elegant Suite in Montmartre
Price Per Night: $387
Arrondissement: 18th
Elevator: Yes
Max Number of Guests: 4
Good for Remote Working: Yes
This Paris airbnb is the kind of luxurious space that I would just want to lounge around in! It was fully refurbished in 2020 and is absolutely stunning! Warm wood accents, lush white linens, greenery…what more could you ask for?
This is truly the perfect location for digital nomads. A handful of reviews mention that the wifi speed is perfect for multiple zoom calls, and you are only a few steps away from the Lamarck metro station if you have meetings in the city. This flat is also only 5 minutes away from the famous La Maison Rose, meaning you won’t need to wake up aggressively early to get those Insta-worthy shots you’re after.
Two other perks: there is an in unit washing machine (though you’ll need to hang your clothes to dry) and the host seems to consistently give guests a bottle of wine as a welcome gift, which is always a huge perk in my book!
Airbnbs in Paris for $401 – $500 Per Night
Sunny & Cozy Flat in the Heart of Marais
Price Per Night: $430
Arrondissement: 3rd
Elevator: No
Max Number of Guests: 2 + 1 small child (though multiple reviews say it works for 4 adults)
Good for Remote Working: Yes
This bright flat on the third floor is perfect for a number of different traveler types: a couple traveling with a young child, two couples (or 4 friends) traveling together, or a remote worker who likes to have a little more room to spread out. This airbnb in Paris ’s Marais district has everything you could possibly need for your stay. There is a full kitchen, washer and dryer, a large dining room table that seats eight, and there is even a projector with a pull down screen if you want to opt for a movie night in. While the listing technically says it only sleeps 2, there are two bedrooms. One bedroom has a double bed, and the other has a “baby bed with bars”. However, multiple guest reviews mention that this space was perfect for two couples so I think there is some flexibility there.
Rooftop Champs Elysées Apartment
Price Per Night: $484
Arrondissement: 8th
Elevator: Yes
Max Number of Guests: 2
Good for Remote Working: No
This little oasis is what Parisian dreams are made of! Located right on Champs Elysées, your rooftop garden terrace grants you views of some of Paris’s best sites: the Eiffel Tower, Grand Palais, the Louvre, and many more. Some things that set this particular spot apart from other vacation rentals is that there is a king size bed (something I have never seen in Europe before) and a gorgeous bathtub! While I’ve found plenty of options with bathtubs, most only have that. This flat gives you a tub to soak in as well as a rainfall shower.
While the apartment is rather small, you really can’t beat the location and views the private terrace provides. The Arc de Triomphe is only a 10 minute walk away!
Luxurious Eiffel Tower View Apartment
Price Per Night: $484
Arrondissement: 15th
Elevator: No
Max Number of Guests: 2
Good for Remote Working: No
One thing I want to mention about this particular airbnb is that there are two pretty horrible reviews from January 2022 (out of the dozens of positive ones that have been given since then). In one review, there seems to be some debate over the state of the flat after the guests left. The host claims the guest left the apartment such a mess that the regular cleaning person refused to do the job, while the guest claims it was a mere napkin on the floor and a to go coffee cup. The other review seems to imply that just about everything in the apartment was broken: lights, dishwasher, oven. I read reviews going back to 2020 and no other review mentioned any of this.
The only consistent thing is that the host would like you to minimize rolling your suitcase around on the hardwood floors, which I think is a pretty fair request given how expensive it is to have them refinished.
